... Rearrangement

This assignment was for still life practice, and consisted of the following:

Rearrange a handful (at least 6) of objects in an unconventional way using your intuition. Allow these objects to defy logic, allow them to be “out of place”. Take a picture. Now remove one object, and add a new object and take a picture. Repeat 3 more times.

I found this assignment particularly challenging since "unconventional" can be taken so many ways, and I was unsure of whether or not my idea of "unconventional" would remain so to those who view these photos. The following was the outcome:
